Since every order is a custom order, we want to give you the personal attention from the beginning. Please note the 5 steps below that help you understand how the order process works. The first step is the most important, simply contact us with your needs and we will work hard to meet them.
The 5 step order process:
Step #1 Contact us directly for any questions. Email us at GoodGifts@ChiefExecutiveToys.com and please include your phone number so we can respond to you personally.
Step #2 Email us with your order request and include your company logo and business name you want included in the custom paint job.
Step #3 We will confirm your order and total amount by email. We will charge sales tax for shipments mailed within Washington State. In that link we will include payment options to pay for your order. We accept payment online via credit cards or company checks.
Step #4 Once payment is confirmed, the artist will begin creating the custom body. The custom paint and decal work will likely take anywhere from 5 to 12 days. Once complete, we will email you a photo of the body. If we made any errors, we will fix those in short order. If you need a sophisticated design work beyond the standard 2 or 3 colors we provide, the artist can quote those separately based on your requirements.
Step #5 We ship your order as instructed and will bill you the shipping charges we incur.
