We couldn't stop at just providing a great race car when there are so many ways to take it a step further. We are in the processing of taking photos to illustrate each option, but the below sections can describe them in the meantime. Please don't hesitate to ask us questions.
Precision Package: $195.00
We have noticed a few key parts that help add control to the driving experience. First we replace the turnbuckles with an adjustable titanium version and extra end caps are also added. These let you fine tune the stearing and provides some extra stength. Then we also replace the shocks all around with an aluminum version. The new shocks are a bit tougher but mostly they just look better. We also replace the stearing bell crank and related parts with more rigid alloy version. Lastly, we add some high tread tires that really help improve how the car handles.
Speed Package: $395.00
This is where things get really fun. We replace the motor with either a Mamba or Tekin 8000kv brushless motor that bumps the 25mph speed to approximately 45mph. The end result is a whole lot of power in a real small car (and there are futher mods you can do to get close to 60mph). There are smaller motors, but we chose the one that puts you right on the edge between going really fast and quite frankly out of control. To help manage the speed, we upgrade the transmitter to a Futaba 2PL Magnum which lets you have settings to reduce the speed to a more reasonable level. This is especially handy when you let less experienced drivers take the wheel.
We also add alloy dogbones to help handle the speed and upgrade the battery and charger plugs to high quality Deans plugs so the motor has less resistance to pull the power it needs. Furthermore, we make sure to get 16 gauge wires on your batteries. Lastly, we throw in a set of high speed foam tires that can handle these levels of RPMs.
Spares Package: Standard $89 - Alloy $295
To help save you a trip to the hobby shop we have two packages that help you stock up on the parts you may need to keep running. The standard package includes the stock plastic parts while the alloy version has the same parts but in an aluminum alloy material. The parts included are as follows: Front and Rear Oil Filled Shocks, 4 Suspension Arms, 4 Dogbones and Springs, Extra Screw Set (titanium or steel in the alloy version), Wide Front Bumper, 4 Extra Body/Battery Clips, 4 Extra Lock Nuts, 4 Extra Outdrive Sleeves, and 4 Extra Wheel Hinge Pins. Many of these items don't brake but are simply easy to lose due to their small size and it is handy to have extra.

There are many more options available on the market that go as far as replacing all the parts with a combination of graphite, titanium and alloy materials and include larger low profile specialty wheels.
